Khorog is prepared by cutting up the meat of the sheep and coat and placing it in a container together with hot stones, while heating from the outside. Some people add and fixed many kinds of vegetables also pepper and salt.
One of the clearest lakes in the world, Lake Hovsgol has the nickname "Dark Blue Pearl of Mongolia". Mongolia's largest fresh water lake is 125 km long and plunges to over 250 m. Due to its size the water is very cold, and remains ice-covered until well into June.

From July 11-13, 2015, Mongolians will celebrate Naadam, the Festival of the Three Manly Sports, commemorating the 1921 Mongolian Revolution. At the National Naadam Festival in Ulaanbaatar, as well as in towns across Mongolia, athletes will compete in wrestling, archery and horse racing.
